Hatch Pittsburgh achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification
The Hatch office in Pittsburgh has successfully extended its ISO 9001 Registration to the latest 2008 Standard for Quality Management Systems.
The Pittsburgh office has now achieved compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard for eight consecutive years with zero non-conformances.
SAI Global audited the Pittsburgh office’s business processes for compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The processes and areas audited were: Business Management, Proposal Lifecycle, Project Delivery, Resource Management, Health and Safety, and Continuous Improvement.
The Pittsburgh office's interactive Proposal Development Toolkit and Project Management Toolkit were highlighted by the auditors as excellent vehicles for addressing client requirements and expectations. Hatch’s employee training and execution of safety awareness also received a positive review.
The Hatch offices in Mississauga, Santiago and Antofagasta have also achieved certification for the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
