Abstract
Industrial hygienists, engineers and safety professionals often rely on standards: for testing, for certification, for auditing. Yet many have little idea how these standards are written or what can be done to improve them. OHAO have realized that there is great potential for both the members and the organization in becoming more involved in the standards writing process. Accordingly, the board of directors has asked the Technical committee to coordinate a liaison with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
