Scope of Services
We have reviewed the asset condition assessment processes used by Hydro One and recommended changes in the application and use of available maintenance and condition assessment data.

We have proposed composite "health indices" to represent the health of major system equipment and applied the recommended processes in the evaluation of asset condition.

We have updated the original study results in subsequent years, applying the adopted health index formulations to expanded and upgraded data-sets. In recent years, we have provided training to Hydro One asset managers in the application of these health index formulations, and we have audited the independent implementation of these processes by Hydro One specialists.
